About Us - Texas Star Propane

With offices in Plantersville and Huntsville, Texas Star Propane is an established propane provider in East Texas serving commercial and residential customers in North Houston, Conroe, Navasota, Hempstead, Huntsville, and all surrounding areas. Since our inception in 2010, we have grown exponentially, primarily due to our focus on not only customer service, but also community service. We believe in giving back. We also believe in grooming a strong safety culture. We’re very proud of our dedication to customers, the communities we serve, and the industry we operate in.

Safety – A Track Record Few Can Claim

Our leadership doesn’t just talk about safety. We live it. Our executive management has over 30 years of combined involvement on state and national boards and committees that promote the safe operation of marketers and shape the safety culture for employees and customers across the United States.

• Safety and Training Advisory Committee – Develops and implements safety and training material for the propane industry nationwide.
• Technology, Safety and Standards Committee – The rulemaking arm of the national propane industry.
• Sole Author of Propane101.com – A nationally recognized, safety-focused website used by consumers and propane companies alike.

Community Involvement and Support

We are strong supporters of our local communities, organizations and our customers. In addition to various benefits for individual causes, we stay active in sustained community support.

• Lone Survivor Foundation – An organization that supports combat veterans affected by PTSD, injury and pain. Several of our propane delivery and service trucks raise awareness by proudly displaying the Lone Survivor Foundation logo.
• Local Schools – We routinely support schools by sponsoring fundraisers through direct or indirect involvement.
• Anderson Holiday Fest – We support community enjoyment as well through the lead sponsorship of the annual Anderson Holiday Fest
